Pennie Speck

As the Executive Assistant to CFO, Ryan Parker, Pennie supports the firm’s accounting, finance, compliance, and legal operations. Additionally, she is responsible for the coordination and organization of fund events, group retreats, and speaking engagements.

With over 15 years of executive assistant and administrative experience, Pennie is proficient in her ability to bring clarity to team operations, improve lines of communication, and facilitate change. Immediately prior to Mercato she was the Chief of Staff at a boutique private equity firm that specializes in growing, lower-middle-market companies. Pennie is currently pursuing her B.A. in Accounting from Western Governors University.
