Strong HR Leaders Consistently Share Knowledge

Our first Mercato Partners-hosted HR Salon was held in February of this year, and we recently brought the same group together for its sixth session. This HR Salon Series is the brainchild of Dennis Wood, Vice President of the Human Capital Practice at Mercato. Dennis states, “What we have found is that by inviting a consistent group of HR leaders in a “closed-circuit” environment, we’re able to maximize knowledge exchange because trust is high.”

The group consists of CHRO’s, SVP’s and VP’s of HR across a number of thriving Utah-based companies, including Instructure, Dwelo, Vivint Solar, Mountain America Credit Union, PrinterLogic and HireVue. The group even maintains a closed slack channel for all members to allow for real-time communication, problem-solving and idea-sharing in perfect confidentiality.

They live to support the humans, first and foremost.”
