Last month Sphero announced RVR, a go anywhere, do anything programmable robot. It launched on Kickstarter and already blew through its original funding goal! Congratulations!

We invested in Sphero from Fund II in 2015, and over that time we’ve watched the company launch some really cool robots and change the way that our children learn about coding in their classrooms.

As a completely hackable robot – RVR is by far the most exciting hardware that Sphero has released to date. It has been exciting to watch this project come together for Sphero and now finally share it with the world.
