A Celebration So Spectacular, it was a Savory Soiree!

On a beautiful night in May, following the Mercato Partners Annual Meeting, we had the pleasure of celebrating the successful launch of our second investment strategy, the Mercato Partners Savory Fund. Surrounded by our Savory Limited Partner Family and the founders of our three portfolio restaurant brands, we delighted in delicious food and enthusiasm. Our guests dined on award-winning barbeque from R&R Barbeque as we took over the entire restaurant and parking lot of the Lehi, Utah location. The parking lot was tented so we could host live demonstrations and food tasting presented by celebrity chefs, Marco Niccoli and Viet Pham.

In between delicacies, guests danced to a live DJ, chatted around fire pits, shared pictures on social media, networked, and feasted their eyes on a beautiful collection of exotic automobiles by Porsche and Ferrari.
