Compass Event with Kathleen Prior-Louis and Dennis Wood

On Monday, January 28th Mercato Partners hosted Kathleen Prior-Louis, VP of talent for Fund III portfolio company SteelHouse an innovated AdTech firm that provides marketers complete transparency and control over their campaigns at over 700 companies like Virgin America, TUMI, and Staples.

Ms. Prior-Louis spoke with Mercato VP Dennis Wood on the power of using an effective company brand in building an HR practice. Kathleen leads Recruitment at SteelHouse, driving talent acquisition strategy and execution while maintaining company culture and building the employment brand. She has been instrumental in optimizing and defining best practices for talent acquisition in a number of successful organizational build-outs. Kathleen brings expertise from the intersection of media and tech industries, from high-growth start-ups such as Hulu to larger global brands like Experian Marketing Services.
